Client Privacy Guidelines
We will use the following principles to guide us in protecting the privacy of our clients' personal and corporate information.
PresiNET will obtain client consent to collect, use, or disclose any personal or corporate information. Under certain circumstances, in order to meet legal and regulatory obligations, personal or corporate information may be collected, used, or disclosed without the knowledge and consent of the individual or corporation.
Limits for Use
The primary use for client personal and corporate information will be the delivery of Internet management services. From time to time, we will also look at client information collectively to help us evaluate what products and services are needed by our clients.
When we collect client information, we will identify the purposes for which the information will be used. We will not use client information for any additional reason unless we seek client consent to do so.
Limits for Disclosure
PresiNET may periodically seek client consent to disclose personal or corporate records to other parts of the organization, where the law allows. With consent, this disclosure will enable PresiNET to provide clients with a complete range of services, such as Internet security or Internet management reporting. PresiNET will not disclose client personal or corporate information to any un-related parties*. PresiNET will not sell client lists or personal or corporate information to outside parties.
*Partner companies of PresiNET (affiliate, strategic alliance, channel partners) are considered related parties with whom information may be shared WITH client consent.
Protection of Information
PresiNET is committed to the safe-keeping of client personal and corporate information. Detailed information protection guidelines and controls have been established to ensure ongoing information security.
Maintain Industry/Professional Standards
PresiNET will adhere to the standards set by relevant professional groups to protect clients' personal and corporate information.
Access to Personal and Corporate Information
PresiNET clients may access their personal and corporate records kept by PresiNET. In certain situations, PresiNET may not be able to provide access to all the personal or corporate information it holds about a client. In such cases, PresiNET will explain reasons for denying access to all client information. Exceptions may include information that contains references to other individuals or information that cannot be disclosed for legal, security, or commercial propriety reasons.

PresiNET News Releases - If you wish to be removed from our news release distribution list, please advise us by email at: Solutions@PresiNET.com and provide us with your name, your organization's name, telephone number, and the email address you wish removed. We will confirm your removal by email. Upon request, we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in their contact information.
